Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Quintana Leathers Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with these terms, as well as any policies, guidelines, or instructions provided by Quintana Leathers LLC (“Quintana,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Program Overview
The Quintana Leathers Affiliate Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions by
promoting eligible Quintana products—primarily the USA Independence 250th Anniversary Commemorative Jacket Collection—using unique affiliate links provided through our platform. Commission is earned only when a customer completes a qualifying purchase through the Affiliate’s unique link.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
● Be at least 18 years old
● Reside in a region where affiliate programs are legally permitted (U.S. residents
preferred)
● Operate a valid social media page, website, blog, channel, or community
● NOT engage in harmful, discriminatory, explicit, or illegal content Quintana reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Account Approval & Termination
Quintana may:
● Approve or deny applicants for any reason
● Suspend or terminate Affiliate accounts for violation of this Agreement
● Terminate accounts for fraudulent, misleading, or unethical behavior
● Modify or discontinue the Program at any time
Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by providing written notice.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
1. Promote Quintana Leathers products in a lawful, ethical, and brand-appropriate manner.
2. Avoid any false, misleading, or unapproved claims about products.
3. Comply with all FTC guidelines requiring disclosure of affiliate relationships (e.g., “This
post contains affiliate links…”).
4. Use only approved images, descriptions, and marketing materials unless otherwise
authorized in writing.
5. Refrain from spam distribution, paid traffic misuse, or impersonating Quintana Leathers.
Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commission according to the following terms:
● Standard Commission: Up to 15% of the subtotal (before tax and shipping) of
qualifying purchases.
● Cookie Duration: 30 days. Sales made within this window qualify for commission.
● Payout Frequency: Monthly or as otherwise defined in the affiliate dashboard.
● Minimum Payout Threshold: $50 (unless otherwise specified).
Commissions are not earned on:
● Cancelled orders
● Returned merchandise
● Fraudulent or chargeback orders
● Self-purchases through your own affiliate link
Quintana reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice.
6. Payments
Payments will be issued through the payout method selected in your affiliate account (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, Shopify Collabs).
To receive payment, the Affiliate must:
● Provide accurate payment information
● Complete any tax documentation required (e.g., W-9 for U.S. residents)
Quintana is not responsible for delays or non-payment caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Affiliate.
7. Authorized Promotion of the 250th
Anniversary Collection Affiliates may promote the following limited-edition products as part of this special campaign:
● 250th Anniversary Varsity Jacket
● 250th Anniversary Café Racer Jacket
● 250th Anniversary Liberty Racer Edition Jacket
Quintana reserves the right to adjust availability, pricing, or inventory as needed.
Affiliates must accurately represent:
● Limited edition status
● Authentic Quintana craftsmanship
● The commemorative nature of the 250-year celebration
8. Use of Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved images, logos,
videos, copy, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Quintana products. Affiliates may not:
● Alter logos or trademarks
● Create misleading or deceptive product representations
● Claim ownership of Quintana’s intellectual property
● Use images in any obscene, defamatory, or inappropriate context
9. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
● Using “Quintana Leathers,” “Quintana,” or trademark terms in paid search ads or domain
names
● Running ads impersonating Quintana Leathers
● Using coupon or discount websites without approval
● Engaging in reselling, dropshipping, or unauthorized distribution
● Posting affiliate links on illegal, hateful, explicit, or violence-promoting platforms
Any such activity may lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
10. Relationship of Parties
The Affiliate is an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or representative of Quintana.
Affiliates may not:
● Enter into agreements on behalf of Quintana
● Claim employment or agency relationship
● Represent themselves as official Quintana team members
11. Modification of Terms
Quintana may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major revisions via email or dashboard notification.
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
Quintana Leathers LLC is not liable for:
● Lost profits
● Indirect or consequential damages
● Delays or interruptions in Program operations
● Affiliate technical issues or link-tracking failures beyond reasonable control
Quintana’s total liability will never exceed the total commissions paid to an Affiliate in the previous 6 months.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.
14. Acceptance
By applying for or participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge:
● You have read and understood this Agreement
● You agree to all Terms & Conditions
● You understand participation is voluntary and subject to approval
