Short Terms & Conditions (Shopify Version)

By joining the Quintana Leathers Affiliate Program, you agree to the following essential terms:
1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and operate a legitimate social media account, website, or online community.
We may approve or deny any application at our discretion.
2. Commission
● Earn up to 15% commission on qualifying sales.
● Commissions apply only to purchases made through your unique affiliate link.
● No commissions on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or self-purchased orders.
● 30-day cookie window.
● Payout threshold: $50.
3. Payments
Payments are issued monthly through the method you provide (e.g., Shopify Collabs, PayPal, or bank transfer). Accurate tax and payment info is required.
4. Approved Products
This program focuses on promoting our USA Independence 250th Anniversary Jacket Collection, including:
● Varsity Jacket
● Café Racer Jacket
● Liberty Racer Edition
Affiliate promotional assets will be provided.
5. Promotional Requirements
Affiliates agree to:
● Follow FTC guidelines (clear disclosure of affiliate links).
● Use only approved images, text, and branding.
● Avoid false claims, spam, or misleading promotions.
● Represent Quintana professionally and appropriately.
6. Prohibited Activities
Not allowed:
● Paid ads using the name “Quintana Leathers” or similar terms
● Impersonating the brand
● Posting links on inappropriate, hateful, or illegal content
● Coupon/dropshipping websites without permission
Violations may result in termination and loss of unpaid commissions.
7. Intellectual Property
You may use approved promotional materials only. Quintana retains ownership of all trademarks, content, and images.
8. Program Changes
Quintana may update commissions, terms, or discontinue the program at any time. Continued participation = acceptance of updates.
9. Independent Contractor
Affiliates are not employees or representatives of Quintana Leathers.
10. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of Illinois, USA. By joining, you confirm you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
